SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Cruciform Tactical Co. ships within the contiguous United States using available USPS and UPS services. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the service, destination, and shipment details.

IN-STOCK / READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Products physically in our inventory are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

SPECIAL ORDER / ASSEMBLED TO ORDER

Products clearly identified as sourced, special-order, or assembled-to-order generally require approximately 10–15 business days of processing before shipment. This includes supplier transit to us, inspection, advertised configuration or assembly, and packaging. Review the individual product listing before ordering.

USPS or UPS transit times begin after processing and are additional. Expedited transit does not shorten sourcing or assembly.

MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

Mixed orders may ship together when all items are ready. Contact us about separate shipments before purchase; additional charges may apply.

TRACKING

Shipment tracking is emailed when the order is handed to the carrier. A purchase confirmation is not a shipping confirmation.

DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS

If an order cannot ship within its promised timeframe, we will contact you with a revised shipping estimate, if available, and your options to consent to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for a prompt refund, consistent with applicable law. We will not treat silence as consent when affirmative consent is required.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some protective equipment may be subject to legal, carrier, or destination restrictions. We will contact customers about any restrictions affecting an order.
