Return Policy

RETURNS:

We have a 30 day return policy from the day you receive your item.

For return eligibility, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. unused, with tags, and repackaged in its original packaging. you will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

to begin a return, contact us at cruciformtactical@gmail.com. In the subject line put "return".

if your return is accepted, we will issue you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to deliver your package. items sent back to us prior to contacting us will not be accepted.

ISSUES & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

iNSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON DELIVERY AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT cruciformtactical@gmail.com IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.

WE WILL EVALUATE THE PROBLEM AND MAKE IT RIGHT.

EXCHANGES:

THE QUICKEST WAY TO ENSURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT IS TO REQUEST A RETURN, RETURN YOUR CURRENT ITEM, THEN WHEN THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED, MAKE A SEPARATE PURCHASE FOR YOUR NEW ITEM.

REFUNDS:

yOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED YOUR APPROVED RETURN.

WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THE REFUND WAS APPROVED OR NOT PROMPTLY.

IF APPROVED, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED ON YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD CARRIER TO PROCESS AND POST THE REFUND.
